How It Works

Questions about how Meal Prep Reno works? We’ll take you through some of the most commonly asked questions below. Still not finding what you’re looking for? Just shoot us an e-mail at info@mealprepreno.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.


What are the order deadlines?

"If you’re new to our subscriptions, remember that you can always change your menu items each week if you want to try something new! Just be sure to log in to your account and change your meal options by Wednesdays at 11:59pm. 
*Please note that all subscriptions will run on Wednesday mornings but changing your meal selection can always be done before Wednesday at 11:59pm."


When do you deliver? 

Once we are done with the prep, we deliver your meals each week on Sundays and Mondays. Please note that if your delivery area is in Carson City, your meals will always be delivered on Sunday.


Is delivery free?

If you are ordering five or more meals, delivery is always on us!


Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver meals to the greater Reno and Sparks area in addition to Carson City. If you are located further than Cold Springs, USA Parkway, Verdi, or Carson City,  you can always arrange to pick up your meals at our kitchen - just be sure to let us know!

What if I am not home during delivery? 

If you aren’t home to accept your delivery, you can always leave a cooler outside on your front door with an ice pack. We just ask that your cooler is large enough to fit your meals inside.


Can you deliver meals to my office?

Of course! We are always happy to deliver your meals to your office instead of your home. Office deliveries will always occur on Mondays. Fair warning: your co-workers will be jealous.


How do I login to Manage My Account?

Once the first subscription is placed you have to go back to the website, click “Manage My Subscription” and set up your account. If you use the same email as your initial order, the website will automatically link the two together.

 

How do I update my order?

When wanting to switch up menu selections you must first remove items from your cart and then add back in the new items you would like to order.

 

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We do our best to provide a variety of menu options for those who have dietary restrictions. Many of our menu items have low-carb, vegetarian and gluten-free options. However, due to production schedules, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary needs.
